Cheap food with large portions. We frequently come here for the oyster sauce chicken cake noodle and beef chow fun lunch sets - those two dishes feed three of us, granted we're not huge eaters. While the food is good value, service can be hit or miss. For example, last time we were here there was a fly (understandable, it's Hawaii) but instead of letting it fly and trying to kill it when it was away from customers, they were reaching over people's heads with fly swatters to try to kill it which was a little alarming. Worth it for a cheap bite imo, but be prepared to not always get a top tier service experience

I always like this place. Their portions are good and the food comes out pretty fast. It was a bit crowded today, but we got in without reservations. If possible try not to sit by the restrooms. The smell isn't helpful to enjoying a meal.

I've passed this place many times and ate here a couple times in the past. I always thought the place was pretty good, especially their seafood items. They have a parking lot in the back and a huge menu of items to choose from. They have lunch specials and even lobster specials when you purchase an entree. I recently had a jajangmyeon craving, so we came for lunch recently and luckily it was pretty empty. We ordered from the lunch specials and of course we had to get a lobster. Salt and pepper is my favorite preparation for the lobster. They cut the lobster up really well so you don't need any utensils to get to the meat. The food was pretty good and came out pretty quick. ******** Oh hi Lobster King Chinese food and fresh seafood Have to lunch specials

We enjoyed the foods: mushu pork, they actually rolled them for you already. String bean was a little plain but acceptable. Lobster for $24.95 green onion and ginger sauce - delicious. Ample parking out front. Although when we went it was packed. The hot and sour soup is extremely intimidating. They say it Korean level spicy so if you cannot eat spicy food like me then ask for the mild version.

I love this place. My favorite spot for salt and pepper lobster. And Mama is super sweet and attentive, I forgot her name lol. Super chill spot, great for dinner or a party. I always order the salt and pepper lobster, roast duck is too. The fried rice and great too. My kids like the green beans as well. I also like the salt and pepper shrimp or honey walnut shrimp. You can order however many pounds of lobster and they will even bring it to your table first to show you. I need to try the crab next time I go back.

You may have seen the Lobster King's commercials on television lately. I've seen many tour company's vans with customers dined in here too, although there were some reviews of experiences weren't in their favor. Their service was okay. I've tried and enjoyed some dishes like minute chicken cake noodles for lunch. They have an extensive menu and even one that surprised me was some sort of pigeon dish. I'm sure it was a different type than the ones we know. Of course they do have lobsters on their menu but I only bought lobster one time for my parents. The best deal was their 8 lunch specials! I remembered years ago the specials was under $10 and hve increased over the years, but it was still a good deal and it tasted delicious! I liked their stir fried beef chow fun lunch special but my favorite and go to dish was the oyster sauce chicken cake noodles! For take out , they always packed the gravy separately and chicken pieces was nice and moist with the skin being a little crispy! I just love to eat it as is with no gravy even though their gravy makes it taste yummy with choy sum and cake noodles. The noodles recently may have changed from before, but it was still good. I highly recommend this dish and the other lunch specials. The parking entrance to the restaurant is on Keeaumoku street and also on King Street just before Keeaumoku Street by Splash bar. There have a lot of parking stalls, but sometimes it can be filled.

Popular spot that seems to always be crowded. We were lucky to snag the last open stall in the lot (enter off keeaumoku or from king st). The restaurant is quite big so it's easy to walk in unless you have a big party. We split three dishes between three of us - beef chow fun, ginger scallion lobster (small) and deep fried chicken with garlic. The portions are decent, however it is a bit on the pricey side. My boyfriend was still hungry after dinner so I would say you might need 4-5 dishes for three people. The lobster is a reasonable price and seasoned well - comes with some meaty pieces. We got the lobster deal that is a special price when you order another entree. If you're looking for Chinese, I think it's a decent spot!
